July Zazenkai 2026
With Senior Practitioner
July 16 - 19, 2026
We invite you to join us for our July Zazenkai (sitting intensive). Varying in length between 2 and 4 days, a Zazenkai is a silent weekend retreat. We follow a sesshin-like schedule; most of the day is dedicated to zazen but includes chanting, a work period, walks, and a dharma talk given by a senior practitioner.
We begin the evening of July 16th with a Welcome Dinner, and end on July 19th after Brunch.
No prior experience is required to join a Zazenkai. It is a great way to experience your first extended sit, so is a perfect opportunity for newer students. For experienced practitioners, it provides the chance to reinvigorate practice, or just to experience some spaciousness in otherwise busy lives.
Please join us for this Summer practice event.
